Casa Ocho is a Beachfront 5BD private villa with approximately 6,000 square feet located just outside the gated community El Encanto de La Laguna. The villa is found on one of the most picturesque beaches with spectacular ocean views. All bedrooms are decorated  and have ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor boasts dining area, large infinity pool with elevated Jacuzzi and fire pit spot to meet the sunsets. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, 1 queen bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Bedroom #5 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 12 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

If you would like a pool to be heated, an additional 100 usd per night will be charged
