The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.

The common areas are very open with lush landscaping, one of the most phenomenal infinity pools in all of Los Cabos, Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, palapa bar, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a fire-pit. The condo is located approximately 500 feet to a beautiful white sand beach that is very private, quiet and great for relaxing. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Pool and ocean view.

Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. Partial Ocean View.

Guest bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden View.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Available for long term rentals 

Max occupancy - 6 people.

A minimum of 5 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.
