The upper level master bedroom opens up to a spacious terrace with the seating area and fire pit - perfect spot to meet the gorgeous Baja sunsets. The private beach access will open its doors to the pristine stretch of sand running for miles - perfect for long and lazy morning walks.  

The price includes access to the Beachfront club (restaurant and bar) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Guest bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 6 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $3,000.00 USD is required.
