Casa Milagro is a private 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanview home with approximately 4,650 sq ft of interior air-conditioned space. The house is found on the second row of the beachfront community El Encanto de La Laguna - steps away from the community's beach access. The house boasts a spacious pool area with jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pits. Upper floor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying Baja sunsets and sunrises. 

The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view. Terrace.

Master bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view. Terrace.

Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Guest bedroom #2, top floor, has has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean + Garden view. Terrace. 

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 8 people.

A minimum of 5 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $1,500.00 USD is required.
