Casa Tiburon is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa steps aways from the pristine beach. The property sleeps up to 10 people which makes it perfect for big family groups and friends getaways.  Tiburon is found on one of the most private lots in the community. The house is professionally decorated.  

The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom #1 has two queen beds and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom #2 has a pull-out queen bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Detached bedroom with private access has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Garden/Street view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 10 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $3,500.00 USD is required.
