B302 Penthouse is a private 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanview condo with 3,080 sq ft of interior air-conditioned space. From the moment you walk into the residence, you cannot help but go directly to the enormous 1,100 sq ft wrap-around terrace perfect for dining, lounging, sunset, ocean and whale watching and take in the sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez. The condo offers privacy, luxury details throughout, along with ample space for indoor/outdoor living.

Guests are welcome to use the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outside cooking area, swim-up palapa bar and the fire pit in the common areas. 

The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.

Guest bedroom #2, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Mountain view.

Living room has a a king size sofa bed. Ocean view. 

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Occupancy - 8 people. 2 extra guests can be added for an additional fee of 75 usd per guest per day.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
