The condo is situated on the first floor of the building. Guests are welcome to use the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outside cooking area, swim-up palapa bar and the fire pit in the common areas. 

The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 4 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
