SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Master bedroom #3 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

Detached bedroom with private access has a queen size bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. Garden/Street view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 8 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $1,500.00 USD is required.
